Our CEO Marcelo Lima is an Engineer that has been working in the Information Technology field for the last 25 years. He started working as a software developer in multinational companies. Some years later, he became Project Manager,  Business Analyst, and Consultant of many IT projects in big companies. He is specialized in Digital Transformation applying the concepts of Agile Methodologies and preparing the companies for the Industry 4.0 stage.
